The Norwegian utility company Folkekraft chooses the invoicing solution ProBill from Props, with full management of operations and back-office from Props Services. In addition to invoicing Folkekraft's end-customers, the chosen solution also includes advanced metering data management, supplier changes, flexible pricing of electricity usage and communication to- and from the Norwegian data hub Elhub. Via Props' established cooperation agreement with Bright Energy, Folkekraft chooses to also add delivery of Bright Energy's end-customer app to the order. Sinfra has chosen the Swedish system supplier Props for signing of framework agreement regarding Metering data management system and Metering database. The agreement provides the opportunity for Sinfra's 200+ member companies to, without further public procurement process, buy the system solution "ProBase" from Props for automated and flexible metering data management, metering database system solution, integration with surrounding systems, applying advanced business and decision logics, etc.

Additional district heating company chooses the invoicing solution "ProBill" from Props. The latest district heating company to sign an agreement with Props for the delivery of a system solution for advanced metered value management and invoicing is Ale Fjärrvärme ("Ale", Solör Bioenergi Ale AB). The solution ProBill from Props is implemented for meter and component management, advanced validation of measurement data and flexible billing of district heating at Ale. Prior to the selection of Props as a supplier, the buyer sought an established supplier that can implement a flexible and future-proof standard system solution for the district heating industry.

Established Norwegian district heating company chooses the invoicing solution ProBill from Props when looking for a SaaS solution to replace their current solution. In the evaluation, the district heating company looked for already established SaaS solution that is flexible, that has pricing functions already developed for the future and that has High capacity for data management and quality assurance.
Norwegian company expands its operations internationally, and becomes a new customer of Props when choosing the billing solution ProBill for the Finnish market. Props delivers all functions as a SaaS solution, and the solution includes, among other things, management of supplier changes, metering data management, customer- and contract management, customer service functions, edi management, and invoicing. Of course, ProBill is already certified for the Finnish market and the Finnish hub.

By making use of the forest's resources, Solör wants to pave the way for a sustainable society with reduced carbon dioxide emissions.
An international Group chooses Props as supplier of advanced and flexible Metering Database and Power of Attorney Management Services for the Swedish utility market. The Group offers energy services to e.g. property owners and has has been looking for a stable service for managing utility Power of Attorneys as well as a flexible Metering Database with high capacity and advanced quality assurance functions for receiving and managing metering readings from network owners. The technology-oriented energy company Greenely chooses the Swedish company Props Utility Solutions ("Props") as supplier of advanced, future-proof and flexible billing solution to meet the digital needs of the future in the Swedish electricity market and for its planned international expansion. The SaaS solution "ProBill" from Props will in a first step be used by Greenely in Sweden, where ProBill replaces the existing solution for supplier changes, agreements, metering data management, invoicing, deposits and payments, etc. Greenely will also use the service "Props Services" for full management of operations, back-office and system administration. The agreement between Props and Greenely already covers that Props will assist Greenely with corresponding system solutions and services in Grenely's upcoming international expansion. Swedish utility company "Partille Energi" chooses Props Utility Solutions (Props) as the supplier of a new Billing System and Operations Service. In the procurement criteria, Partille Energi has placed great emphasis on getting a standard system, a long-term collaboration, a system with high performance & capacity, enabling efficient work for its staff, high flexibility, automatic quality assurance, high usability in a future-proof system architecture and that the system must meet both legal requirements and all pre-set effect targets. Props strengthens and expands its existing business area through the acquisition of Utility Clearing House. In December 2019, Props Utility Solutions ("Props") completed the purchase of 100% of the shares in the Swedish service provider Utility Clearing House ("uClearing"), Northern Europe's leading clearing house for energy companies. In connection with the acquisition, uClearing changed its name to "Props Utility Services AB". Props strengthens and expands its existing business area in connection with the acquisition and can now offer both existing and new customers a number of new services and products. In the procurement process, Jönköping Energi has sought and found a future-proof standard solution with high capacity and flexibility, while at the same time the solution from Props fulfills both legal requirements and the buyer's requirements for new business opportunities, automation and quality assurance. The system solution "ProBill" from Props will handle customer management, supplier changes, metering data and billing for electricity dealing, electricity network, district heating and other services at Jönköping Energi.
Props is the first supplier in the world to migrate an energy company that is connected to the Norwegian data hub. Another Swedish utility company signs contract with Utility Clearing House (uClearing) stating uClearing will take care of all data, communication, format management, and control- and management of connections to- and from the upcoming electricity hub in Sweden. uClearing's functional and system solutions for this are delivered to 100% of Props.

Another Swedish energy company chooses to replace its current billing system with the "ProBill" billing solution from Props. In addition to delivery and setup of complete billing processes, the delivery also includes sales management, supplier change process management, complete metering data management, and migration from the replaced solution.
During the summer, a newly established Swedish energy company decides to choose "ProBill" from Props, for complete management of sales data, supplier change management, metering data management, invoicing, etc. The agreement includes operation, monitoring, etc. via Props' partner Utility Clearing House (uClearing), which also helps with quality assurance of sales data.
In January 2017 the Norwegian Hub ("Elhub") approves Swedish billing system ProBill. After extensive testing against the Norwegian centralized Elhub both Props' billing system ProBill and our Norwegian customers are authorized under "Operator Certification M5" against Norwegian Elhub. Of course, the tests for both system and utility supplier were completed and approved (Jan 2017) in advance of the deadline set by Elhub (1/3 2017).
2016
The billing system ProBill now includes 100% automatic handling of settlement reports also for eSett, as required for Nordic Balance Settlement (NBS). The system automatically manages the two parallel flows to eSett and SvK (Svenska Kraftnät), and when it's time, it is only for the respective grid owners to turn off the old settlement reports to SvK.
In September 2016 Swedish utility company Svekraft decides to switch to billing solution ProBill. Svekraft chooses to get all ProBill functions delivered as a complete service from the European service provider Utility Clearing House (uClearing), enabling Svekraft's own staff resources to be kept to a minimum while both data and processes are quality assured by uClearing's staff.
One more Norwegian utility company has chosen ProBill for complete supplier switching, data management and billing management. Now three (3) Norwegian companies have choosen ProBill.
April 2016 starts with yet another Norwegian energy supplier choosing billing system ProBill from Props - for the Norwegian market. The supply includes data quality management. data supervision, and invoicing management via Props' partner Utility Clearing House (uClearing). uClearing is also supplying the services "Sales Data Quality Assurance".
During the spring 2016 Props' system ProBill has been approved by the Norwegian Ediel portal.
Another procurement process is completed in March, and one more energy supplier chooses billing system ProBill from Props - for the Swedish market. The supply includes back office, data supervision, and invoicing management via Props' partner Utility Clearing House (uClearing). uClearing is also supplying the services "Sales Data Quality Assurance" and the fully automated "Supplementation of plant- and customer data".

Utility Clearing House (uClearing) is launching the service "ProCheck", which is a fully automated service for supplementation of plant-, supplier-, and customer data. The system creating the ProCheck services is developed by Props for uClearing, and is immediately after launch being used for the Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian markets. Any utility supplier is welcome to use the ProCheck services, via flexible data connection to Props' partner uClearing. Another procurement process is completed in November, and one more energy company chooses billing system ProBill from Props - for the Norwegian market.
Three (3) separate procurement processes results in three more energy companies ordering billing system ProBill from Props during September 2015. The three companies are active in Sweden, Finland and internationally (Sweden / Finland).
It is now official news that the municipal company C4 Technology (Kristianstad, Sweden) has chosen to implement ProBill, the billing solution for energy companies.
In May 2015, two (2) start-up utility suppliers with strong expansion in Sweden decided to sign contracts for billing solution ProBill from Props.
